COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Citra, Mosaic, and Equinox dry-hopped with a gentle hand in order to ensure balance and desirable aging characteristics. Citrusy hops and mild Brett. character on the nose gives way to a moderate acidity, layers of subtle bready malt and tart stone fruit finish. Beautifully complex and drinkable.

Bottle pours out a golden topped with a white head. Nose is big tropical fruit hops citrus and a tart Brett note. Taste is more of the nice tropical fruits citrus hops and a nice tartness.

Fresh bottle. Batch 2. Very lightly cloudy bright straw yellow with thin fast fading head. Nose is tart stone and passion fruit, lemon, and lightly spicy/green/garlic hops. Taste is limestone minerality, lemon citrus flavors and tartness, juicy passion fruit and peach/apricot. Perfectly carbed for a great mouthfeel. I think I prefer this over the dry hopped Ejector and had this alongside HF Juicy and am hard pressed to say which I liked more.

Aged over a year. Hazy and nearly opaque golden with a thin foamy cap. Big citrusy and orange zest on the nose, some spontaneous sourness, and some dry bretty drei. Big full flavor with a big drei and funk tone, a big orange citrus flavor, a touch of funky barrel. Dry and yet fruity and juicy and funky.
