Amber brown pour, rather dark for a pale ale. White foam on top. Quite bubbly, overall.Smells of biscuit, light toast, grass, earth, citrus. Tastes similar, more biscuit, toast, citrus, herbal and earthy qualities. Light bodied, but a bit heavier than I usually expect from a pale. Clear amber color with a white sheen. Nice pine sap hoppy aroma. medium body. Pine and grapefruit hop flavors on a thin caramel malt base. Nicely bitter finish. Not too bad.
Sample at the brewpub. Hazy amber pour with a medium light beige head that diminishes steadily. Partial rings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of hops, citrus and malt. Light to medium body with flavors of hops. grapefruit and sweet malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a citrusy hops aftertaste. Decent all around. luttonm (6504) - Seattle, Washington, USA - FEB 27, 2014
Draft at their taphouse. Copper brown, tan foam. Dry amber malt. Coppery hop hit. Clean strong beer. Nice one.

On tap @ Stout. Pours dark golden with thin white head. Aroma is lightly sweet caramel malt and light crisp earthy hops. Taste is clean medium caramel malt, earthy and mildly oaky on the finish. Hops are present and citrusy, but quite light. Quite flavorful for a pale. Crit (4024) - Surrey, British Columbia, CANADA - DEC 31, 2010
Hazy amber, beige head.Musty citrus nose. Citrus hop profile, medium length and strength hop bitterness in finish. Needs a touch more malt Beerona97 (2399) - Washington, USA - APR 29, 2012
Clear gold, frothy beige head. Aroma of grain, citrus and floral hops. Taste is more pine bitterness than light citrus, nice stuff. andrewje41 (4021) - Kenmore, Washington, USA - APR 10, 2015
Draft pour at the brewery. Pours an oily copper color with a lasting head. Grassy hops aroma. Flavor is pretty grassy as well, with some bitter hop finish. Pretty standard pale, but tasty overall. I’ll take this over a lot of competition. fiulijn (20806) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - SEP 14, 2014
Draught at Mukilteo Lodge
Hazy amber color with compact head. The hopping is quite fruity (aroma), the malt flavor is lean, the final is bitter, with some resins and not enough fruits. Tastes old.
Nice but simple.
