COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

50cl, at 6%Vol, new exclusive Danish brew 2010, thx to MadsNP!, complex brew, heavy and spicy , not balanced, cloudy, small head, nice brew, but expensive

19-JUN-2010, bottle @Ulkløbben sommerfest in Kregme. Presented by Jacob from the brewery. Tasted side by side with a Weihenstephaner. Very closes to each others. Mr. Wheat slightly more creamy, with a little more spice and banana, but again very similar and again a very good brew from Black Rooster.

UPDATED: DEC 29, 2010 Draught at KØ10. Weak fruity aroma. Cloudy dark orange colour. Good wheaty mouthfeel. OK spicy flavours, clove. Fat, but nice enough. 6 3 6 3 15

Bottle, 6.0%. The aroma has a good grapefruity hop note. That also goes for the flavour, the hops are grapefruity, clean and refreshing. That is what makes this wheat beer good. 7 3 7 3 15

Bottle. Pours a nice cloudy orange color, with a big frothy and creamy white head. Aroma is of wheat, yeast, fruity esters, soap, citrus and banana. I also get some slight spice like coriander and clove. Flavor is of wheat and yeast, with a ton of banana. There is alot of fruity esters with notes of citrus, peach and pineapple. The spice from the aroma is also there, but it is fairly faint. Body is medium with a dry mouthfeel. Overall a very refreshing wheat beer, where the combination of Hefe Weissen and Wit turned out great!
