COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Danish: Oven på julens fyldige mad og alle de søde sager, syntes vi hos Black Rooster at der skulle skylles efter med noget radikalt anderledes. Humle, og masser af det, må være den rette kur tænkte vi, og resultatet er blevet en lækker ravgylden Amerikansk IPA, der bl.a.er tørhumlet med masser af Cascade og Chinook humle.

Draught. Dark amber coloured. Unclear. Light brown head. Herbs, flowers, light citrus and some pine in the aroma. Flavour of floral sweetness, pine and herbs. LIght fruity and grapy touch. Medium to full bodied. Dry grapy bitterness in the end.

Sampled @ Copenhagen Beerfestival 2010. Pours light hazy mahogany with a generous creamy tan head. Aroma is filled with C-hops, fruity, pineapple and pine.Taste is nice malty, fruity hops, nice lingering fruity towards the end, great beer.

Amber with a big and lasting off-white head. Resiny hop aroma with citrus and pine. Flavour has some sweetish malt, with a grainy note, grapefruit and pine hop flavour and aggressive bitterness.

[email protected] BeerFest2010. Hazy amber colour with small slightly off-white head. Aroma is fruits, wood, some mild plum as well as herbal notes. Flavour is semidry wooden, fruity and floral hops with also some bready malts balancing up the bitterness.

100ml, tap. Creamy, beige head over a dark amber body. Nice lacework. Sappy aroma of passion fruits. Orange shells up front to the taste buds added by pine and mandarin. Nice dry bitter ending that lingers on and on (messetreff, CBF 07.05.2010).
