(Bottle 19/3-2011) Dry and bitter taste. This was very fresh, so the dry hop was fantastic. fiulijn (21537) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - FEB 26, 2010

Beautiful red amber color with creamy head. Earthy aroma, manure, caramel, earthy hops. Good body strength, supported by a strong caramel presence; the hopping is extreme, and the final is long. Correctly brewed, but too much hop oils, possibly too long infusion, while I would like more fruity hops and some more sweetness. Good.

I had the X-mas beer from Black Rooster and was quite happy, so I have high expectations;-)
Very brown for an IPA. I guess that could mean a good dose of malt to balance the hops, and yes, so it is. Very very bitter. Certainly a cascade profile here, with grape fruit and pine but also as hoped some sweet maltiness. Very very long and bitter aftertaste.
This is the best IPA in some time. Very good effort from a newly started brewery - but I guess you "trained" before?
Keep going, I will definately buy your next release:-)

This was fantastic from bottle, but the tap version is absolutely awsom. Thank you, Henrik for getting hold of this. olsvammel (7339) - Örebro, SWEDEN - OCT 7, 2010
Draught at SBWF 2010 (Elixir Wine). It poured a amber-mahogny liquid. Nice hoppy and malty flavour. Very nice balance and very easy to drink. An enjoyable east coast IPA. HenrikSoegaard (14762) - Randers, DENMARK - DEC 4, 2010

Bottle, pours hazy orange with medium head. Aroma is grass, caramel, citrus, loads of hops. Taste is medium bitterness. Medium body, good balance with some interesting flavours rickgordon (3878) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - OCT 26, 2011
Copper colour with rich pale head. Good balance in aroma, there is a solid malt backbone accompanied with citrus and flowers. It’s rich but not aggressive. Really soft mouthfeel and well balanced. Sweet bread and caramel in perfect balance with flowers and citrus. Medium bodied with medium bitterness. Not for the sturdy hopheads but well crafted indeed.
