COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Faurschou (7) - DENMARK - NOV 16, 2009 does not count
A "pleseant" and soft structure with the real taste of X-mas brewed by a "2-man" brewery in Denmark. First beer from these guys - well done a very good beginning.

Christian (13823) - Odense, DENMARK - NOV 14, 2009
Bottle from KIHOSKH, shared with the family. Brown with a lasting white head. Aroma of malt, with notes of raisin and fruit. Dry and roasted chocolate flavour with faint spices, dried fruit and a hoppy, bitter finish.

thewolf (12803) - Kolding, DENMARK - NOV 12, 2009
Tap @ Lord Nelson, Cph.
Pours muddy, deep brown with practically no head. Just a thin beige rim. Sweet aroma, roasted caramel, light coriander, ashes and a hint of chocolate. Highish carbonation, kay dry mouthfeel. Flavour is dry, softly roasted, dark chocolate, coriander. A bit to ashy and grainy in the very dry finish. And not particularly Christmas-y.

3.4
BelgiskOlklub (1085) - Viby J, DENMARK - NOV 9, 2009
On tap at Fa!rBar. Dark brown body and small brown head. Aroma of burnt malt, coffee and vanilla. Fresh hops and citrus. Long burnt bitter finish. Oily texture. Medium/heavy bitter, medium sweet.
