A "pleseant" and soft structure with the real taste of X-mas brewed by a "2-man" brewery in Denmark. First beer from these guys - well done a very good beginning. Christian (13823) - Odense, DENMARK - NOV 14, 2009

Tap @ Lord Nelson, Cph.BelgiskOlklub (1085) - Viby J, DENMARK - NOV 9, 2009
Pours muddy, deep brown with practically no head. Just a thin beige rim. Sweet aroma, roasted caramel, light coriander, ashes and a hint of chocolate. Highish carbonation, kay dry mouthfeel. Flavour is dry, softly roasted, dark chocolate, coriander. A bit to ashy and grainy in the very dry finish. And not particularly Christmas-y.
On tap at Fa!rBar. Dark brown body and small brown head. Aroma of burnt malt, coffee and vanilla. Fresh hops and citrus. Long burnt bitter finish. Oily texture. Medium/heavy bitter, medium sweet.
