thanks bvc! pours a light green straw, hardly any head but good carbonation. juicy honeycrisp aroma. flat weighted sugary base, little mineral midpalate with a flash of tartness, finishes juicy and desserty. jtw (1165) - farmington, Michigan, USA - OCT 7, 2007
750 mL bottle - extraordinarily pale color, almost off-white rather than a straw color. like white grape or white wine, and despite a moderate carbonation level there is barely any head. dry apple aroma, slightly medicinal or phenolic but not overtly alcoholic. somehow, artusory’s rating nearly mirrors mine - i was going to note some Riesling characteristics as well. the flavor is much sweeter than the aroma would indicate, as there seems to be a lot of extra sugar left over. enjoyable, particularly on this unseasonably hot october night, but "refreshing" is about as well as i can score it. ryan (3186) - Beltsville, Maryland, USA - MAR 23, 2007
Clear and very light color, almost like white grape juice. The aroma is sweet, with lots of apple juice and a touch of perfume. The flavor is sweet with apples, pears and a bit of a Riesling. Light bodied, moderate carbonation, light acidity, crisp. Decent, but far from a great cider. KAggie97 (3529) - Ugly, Hot, and Humid Spring, Texas, USA - OCT 8, 2006
UPDATED: AUG 3, 2007 Bottle bought at the winery, Michigan, July ’06. Pours a lively carbonated pale yellow/white. Aroma is a nice blend of apple and pear. Flavor is lively Macintosh and pear, with hints of white grape. Thin mouthfeel, but so is every other cider. Nice cider. YourDarkLord (1800) - Urbana, Illinois, USA - SEP 1, 2006
Not much to look at: clear amber with no expected or realized head. The aroma, however, was delicious tart apple. Nothing else of note but nothing else needed. It’s a cider. Big carbonation but not intrusive. Medium body. The flavor was crisp and clean and definitely apples. Tart apples. Nice summer sipper but might also be good mulled.

Very pale yellow, almost to the point of being water clear, with plenty of small bubbles and a bubbly head that rapidly disappears. The aroma is quite tart and the apple skins add a light earthiness to it. Good crisp apple flavor, leaning slightly to the sour side. Nice dry finish. Pale gold. Tartish apples nose, fresh and leafy, lively simple and drinkable. A slight rooty dryness appears among mild grassiness that you could almost mistake for farminess, but the sweet apples remain the obvious focus. Heavy carbonation, light-medium bodied. More than fair. tiggmtl (4544) - East York, Ontario, CANADA - NOV 24, 2005
Brown sugar and tart apples in the pleasant and inviting aroma. Clear, pale golden coloured body with very light legs on the glass and nice, fine bubbled carbonation. Mildly dry, fruity character in the mouth. Medium body with light, spritzy effervescence. Bottle sampled with beerbuzzmontreal, ClarkVV, Goldorak, MartinT, muzzlehatch, Olivier_MTL, Rastacouere and Yowie. ClarkVV (6757) - Boston, Massachusetts, USA - NOV 16, 2005
Bottle sampled on 11/6/05 thanks to Muzzlehatch. Pours a clear, bubbly gold-hay colored body with a fizzling cover of bubbles and little to no legs on the glass. Aroma of yellow apples, sweet, slightly mushy and some notes of light flowers and dry plant leaves. Flavor is again moderately sweet, not complex yellow and light red apples, with a soothing texture and a hint of warming. Gains wateriness as it warms and breathes, while there is a shimmer of drying yeast on the end. beerbuzzmontreal (3487) - Montreal, Quebec, CANADA - NOV 12, 2005
Clear pale gold body. Aroma and flavor of sweet apples. The body is light to medium and the texture liquorous.
