750ml green bottle. Pours typical cidre color. Nice aromatic smell, bit of must. Flavor is too sweet for me, tastes like typical non-cidre apples. deyholla (11597) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - MAR 3, 2012
Bottle. Pours a clear yellow with a white head that dissipates completely and quickly. Aroma has a nice crisp, sweet and tart apple that is well balanced. Flavor starts with sweet apple but finishes with crisp tart apple and a bit of an earthy note. MartinT (9880) - Montreal, Quebec, CANADA - NOV 9, 2005

Delicate apple sweetness tightly hugs the white wine fruitiness...Low carbonation makes it seem a little too sweet for its purposes, and exposes the watery voids...For those who are scared of strong flavors...
750. Thanks bvc. Pours a clear pale gold with no head lace or legs. Crisp and sweet red apple juice nose. Not too sugary or vinous. Crisp and lively body. Red apples and a bit of sugar on the mid palate and finish. TheAlum (7164) - Aurora, Illinois, USA - FEB 9, 2013
Draft pour on tap at Cider Summit 2013 (Navy Pier, Chicago, IL). Pours a pale white wine hue, transparent, big bubbly body. Aromas are mellow, touch of apple, gentle tartness. Initial is lighter end, some cidery elements, spicy and apple, gentle sweetness, white grape. Mellow light body, mellow carbonation. Backend shows some tartness, gentle dryness, a touch spritzy, mellow apple and tartness. Finish is gentle apple, tartness. Solid, a bit light, airy. Could use some carbonation. Really would drive it home.

Bottle sampled on 11/6/05 thanks to Muzzlehatch. Pours a clear, bubbly gold-hay colored body with a fizzling cover of bubbles and little to no legs on the glass. Aroma of yellow apples, sweet, slightly mushy and some notes of light flowers and dry plant leaves. Flavor is again moderately sweet, not complex yellow and light red apples, with a soothing texture and a hint of warming. Gains wateriness as it warms and breathes, while there is a shimmer of drying yeast on the end. riversideAK (6261) - Shoreline, Washington, USA - JUL 27, 2010
Nose is nice sweet and appley. Dry and lightly tannic. Very pale yellow gold. Light foam ring. Well filtered. Medium sweet apples up front, light juicy middle, moderate tannic tart skin finish. Well carbonated, medium dry finish. Enjoyable. Rastacouere (6177) - Montreal, Quebec, CANADA - NOV 28, 2005
Pale gold. Tartish apples nose, fresh and leafy, lively simple and drinkable. A slight rooty dryness appears among mild grassiness that you could almost mistake for farminess, but the sweet apples remain the obvious focus. Heavy carbonation, light-medium bodied. More than fair. Cornfield (5570) - Oak Forest, Illinois, USA - MAY 5, 2006
Very pale yellow, almost to the point of being water clear, with plenty of small bubbles and a bubbly head that rapidly disappears. The aroma is quite tart and the apple skins add a light earthiness to it. Good crisp apple flavor, leaning slightly to the sour side. Nice dry finish. Pale, clear yellow color. Tart and honeyish apple aroma. Though it doesn’t look very carbonated, it certainly is, almost to Champagne levels. Dry apple flavor. Slightly tannic. Moderately tart.
