Very nice. Good carbonation. I found a good balance between sweet and tart. deyholla (12439) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - MAR 3, 2012
Bottle. Pours a clear yellow with a white head that dissipates completely and quickly. Aroma has a nice crisp, sweet and tart apple that is well balanced. Flavor starts with sweet apple but finishes with crisp tart apple and a bit of an earthy note. badgerben (5341) - Blaine, Minnesota, USA - OCT 13, 2010
Pale, clear yellow color. Tart and honeyish apple aroma. Though it doesn’t look very carbonated, it certainly is, almost to Champagne levels. Dry apple flavor. Slightly tannic. Moderately tart. KAggie97 (3529) - Ugly, Hot, and Humid Spring, Texas, USA - OCT 8, 2006
UPDATED: AUG 3, 2007 Bottle bought at the winery, Michigan, July ’06. Pours a lively carbonated pale yellow/white. Aroma is a nice blend of apple and pear. Flavor is lively Macintosh and pear, with hints of white grape. Thin mouthfeel, but so is every other cider. Nice cider. scrizzz (2223) - Bothell, Washington, USA - JUL 27, 2010
thanks bvc! pours a light green straw, hardly any head but good carbonation. juicy honeycrisp aroma. flat weighted sugary base, little mineral midpalate with a flash of tartness, finishes juicy and desserty.

Nose is nice sweet and appley. Dry and lightly tannic. Very pale yellow gold. Light foam ring. Well filtered. Medium sweet apples up front, light juicy middle, moderate tannic tart skin finish. Well carbonated, medium dry finish. Enjoyable. Styles (2016) - Lincoln Park, Michigan, USA - JAN 7, 2011
Pale yellow, sparkling, minimal head fades fast, quick swirl brings ton of carb bubbles. Crisp green apple, pear, very clean, none of the normal phenolics. Faint alcohol. Flavor is nice combo of sweet and tart apples, apple skins, pear. Slightly sweet at times. Champagne like carbonation. bvc (1244) - Washington, USA - JUL 27, 2010
750ml capped courtesy of tytoanderso...thanks man! Pours a very light straw yellow with a sligh green tint to it and just a few bubbles rising from the bottom. Green apples and reisling with faint soap. Crisp and light with tight faint carb. Green apples, slight tannins, white grapes, semi dry. Easy drinking and refreshing on a warm night. Thanks again Ty. muzzlehatch (4969) - Beloit, Wisconsin, USA - NOV 8, 2005
750 ml bottle shared with Da Montreal Crew at Fantômes and More! tasting. Bright, clear golden amber, slight fizzy head dies instantly...lots of delicate bourbon-vanilla and sweet, fresh apple in the nose...body quite fresh as well, with the sweet (golden delicious perhaps?) mixing with more rustic, tart apple flavors, moderate to strong carbonation...dryish, slightly funky finish. Nothing stunning, but very pleasant and easy to drink without being dumbed-down. beerbuzzmontreal (3486) - Montreal, Quebec, CANADA - NOV 12, 2005
Clear pale gold body. Aroma and flavor of sweet apples. The body is light to medium and the texture liquorous.
