Taster on tap at the brewery. Wasn’t quite sure what style to add this under.. Mostly clear very dark red brown color. Good thin khaki head, leaves very nice thicker lace. Medium-plus body. Kind of creamy, smooth lighter carbonation. Lightly dry finish. Nice earthy hop, lightly spicy. Light bit of dark fruit, just a hint of tannic, and a hint of nice light belgian funk. Moderate sweet taste, light bitter. Good, easy drinking, but complex and darker belgian ale. Interesting, tasty, smooth stuff.
