On Draught
Pours a beautiful blonde color with a big head & nice lacing on the glass.

The aroma is fairly clean, lightly fruity & breast. Bright & a bit peppery.

The flavor is spicy but not aggressively so, pleasantly clean & nicely malty with bits of herbal bitterness. Some mild honey sweetness fades into a largely dry finish with a sort of lingering bitter floral character.

Dig it

750 ml bottle poured into a tulip glass. The beer is a hazy yellow with a white head of foam. Good head retention. The beer is a lively mix of dough, fruit and grassy notes. Nice esters and fruity character. Some sweetness comes through in the taste and it finishes a bit floral and dry. Medium body and medium carbonation. Very nice.
