COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This is a version of our Singlemalt IPA that is brewed exclusively with German Magnum hops imported from Germany. This beer follows in line with the other “single hop” IPA varieties we have made, including Simcoe and Citra IPA. The Magnum hop variety was introduced in 1980 as a high alpha hop that produces a very clean bitterness with an unusually simple, yet classic hop aroma and flavor. Draft at brewpub. Nice surprise, and very tasty. Bright hazed orange, greasy head. Sweet medium hop nose, big rich hopped up body. Big floral, pine, resin body. Shows off the hop beautifully. Resiny, hop oil finish. Not much else going on but the hop, but I like it, one of the better beers I found in Montana. Fun!
