I didn't describe this as clear; there was a haziness to it that may have settled later but at least at the start... Bready, lightly fruity, moderate carbonation and average body. Drinkable, but I wouldn't describe it as a sessionable beer; for that I'd prefer something in the 4-range for abv. On tap at brewery.

Sampled at the brewery taproom west of St Paul, Minnesota. Pours a clear copper brown colored brew with a thin off-white head that slowly dissipates and leaves behind some spotty lacing. Aroma of roasted caramel malts, both earthy and floral hops with a touch of fruit. Taste is medium bodied with flavors of caramel, chocolate and light banana esters. Finish is semi-sweet, quite smooth with a short lived banana ester and chocolate aftertaste. Drinks like a dunkelweizen but more chocolate profile.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a clear orange amber with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has flora and Belgian yeast supported by sweet grains and a hint of light fruits. Flavor has sweet grains and straw with a growing presence of light fruits and Belgian yeast.

Keg @ BlackStack. Medium brown pour with a tiny white head. Toasted grain and fruity yeast. Some plum. Light pepper. Fruity, yeasty flavor. Peppery finish. Dark grains, baked brioche. Flabby and a bit arduous to drink. Full mouthfeel, moderate carb.

Brown color. Lots of wheat in the aroma and the flavor, aome roasted character. It reminfs. E a little of a dunkelweizen. Ok.

Tap at the taproom. Clear amber pour with a tight white head. Mild banana, spicy nose. Earthy and sweet taste with a little spiciness. Good.

Supposedly 5 oz. pour (seemed like 4 to me), on tap at the brewery’s taproom in St. Paul, Minnesota on the afternoon of its initial opening on 3-13-17. Slightly hazy with a small amount of beige head. Mostly clear. Tan to dull amber. Carob aroma. Some spice. Carrot scent. Juicy smell. Nice, spicy taste. Leather. Belgian but subtle, like a lightly Belgianized English bitter. Pumpkin spice. Light body. Easy to drink and refreshing.
