First beer of the East Nashville Beer Festival, and it was a good way to start. Here’s the thing, though - while it is very good, there really isn’t anything terribly unique about it. Just a well made, insanely tasty IPA. Pine, caramel, the usual players. But it is tasty! mojoman (158) - Nashville, Tennessee, USA - SEP 28, 2012
Immediate floral bitter taste. Sweet and hoppy. Strong persistent aftertaste in this case very good. Glad to see Blackstone bottle this. (Reviewing from bottle). Immediately appeals to me more than their other bottled options which are good brews. Well done!

Almost copper pour with frothy white head and lace. Citrus hops and sweet malt dominate aroma. Citrus hops, sweet caramel malt, and a growing resiny like bitter that hangs on forever, tones of breadiness on the flavor as well. Medium/light body with good carbonation. Nice beer. 1 Apr 2014, bottle. light orange, clear, no bubbles, frothy head. nose is big grapefruit hops. med/full body and moderately fizzy. peaches and grapefruit. sweet enough to balance big hops. I really like this. It’s virtuality the perfect IPA based on my preference for a full bodied, sweet IPA
