12oz bottle, best by 4th week of March 2013. Served at around 40-45F.
Pours semi-hazy amber with a two finger white head that leaves globby rings of lacing and holds a good cap.
Aroma is oranges, some pine, apricot, caramel, bread. Good to very good strength. Hoppy but balanced with a good bit of malt.
Flavor is orange citrus, apricot, resinous hops, good amount of caramel malt, mild to moderate sweetness, moderate to good bitterness, some alcohol on the finish.
Mouthfeel is medium bodied, somewhat creamy, little sticky, good carbonation.
Good IPA. Definitely more on the balanced side, decent bit of caramel here, not exactly my style, but pretty good.
Bottle, shared by thephantomhennes. Amber-orange, slightly hazy, off white head. Sweet caramel, piney-earthy hops, aspirin bitterness. No BB date, but I suspect this may be past its peak. kerenmk (4751) - Tel Aviv, ISRAEL - SEP 3, 2016

Nashville, TN. - Craft Brewed - 12 oz bottle. Dark copper pour, eggshell white head, light lacing. Aroma has a pleasant floral accent, hint of spruce. Flavor has some decent citrus bitterness, some caramel sweetness but then a bit of too much of something, makes it kind of home-brew gone wrong-like Mouthfeel has a decent thickness too it. Looks like they need to tweak this one just a little bit more.

This a great average beer, while it's not exceptional it's flaws are minimal, which makes it a great beer for multiple session

Complex aroma - hints of pine, cherry, citrus. Pours a rich orange, clear, and long lasting white head. First taste is somewhat subdued with only 83 IBU. Thick, rich, flavor with hops are mixed well with malt. Bitterness is not as pronounced as West Coast IPAs. A lingering aftertaste. For 7.2% ABV, little to no alcohol taste. Found to be a rather good IPA.
