Pint at the brewpub. Pours an extremely cloudy yellow with a small white head. The amount of banana in the aroma is surprising, even for the style. After a few sips I notice a pretty strong usage of European hops which gives this a decent kick and dryness to balance the banana puree flavor. As fruity as this is it doesn’t get too sticky. It’s ok. DrinkEmUpJones (1069) - Georgia, USA - APR 7, 2012
Cloudy yellow, sticky lacing. Light wheat and a little basement on the nose. Palate is medium bodied, a little thin with mostly a straight wheat flavor and just a whiff of tangerine. BeerandBlues2 (13699) - Escondido, California, USA - OCT 5, 2010
GABF 2010. Pours hazy yellow with an average, creamy cream colored head, medium retention with good lacing. Aroma is heavy malt (bread, hay, straw), light hops (citrus), average esters (banana, citrus) with notes of coriander. Flavor is average malt (bread, straw), light hops (citrus), and light esters (banana, citrus). Light body, low warmth and creaminess, medium carbonation, and a dry finish. tnbrewrater (10) - Alabama, USA - AUG 30, 2010
Tasted on tap at the brew pub. Not their best effort on te menu. Something tasted off with this beer. a bit too tart and had a slight aroma of sulfur. It was OK but I am just not sure on this one AmEricanbrew (6878) - Same Trailer, Different Park, Louisiana, USA - AUG 26, 2010

Pours a hazy golden yellow color with a white head. Aroma is lots of clove, a hint of bubble gum, some banana in the background, and a little bit of peppery hops. Flavor is clove, wheat, some honey, banana, and a bitter peppery finish. nqualls (1452) - Nashville, Tennessee, USA - OCT 20, 2008
On tap at the brewery. Poured a cloudy yellow color with a thin white head. Aroma of lemon and citrus with a wheat tinge. Flavor is banana and cloves, but not too much so. Great hefe. BlackDonald (1126) - Gulf Shores, Alabama, USA - JUL 31, 2008
Very cloudy golden pour, and a small white head. Lemon zestiness in the nose, lots of citrus. Very yeasty, diaper wipes, followed by some off balance spices, the banana has an overripe smell, right before they get really brown. Some cereal maltiness lingers into the finish. Not bad, but could use a bit of tweaking. BeerHawk (1810) - Huntsville, Alabama, USA - JUL 16, 2008
Draft. A cloudy orange in color in the glass with a creamy white head that left thick lacing. A nice spice and citrus aroma. The flavor found wheat and clove rounded out with a citrus mix. Light body and even carbonation. Another decent local hefe.
