COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our most popular brewmaster special brought back by overwhelming requests. A classic British nut brown ale. Full bodied, complex and interesting yet mild in flavor. Our interpretation of this style has distinctive hop aroma and flavor. (O.G.-1.052, IBUs 23)

Not a bad brown ale. Pours clear, dark brown. Aroma is different, almost pungent. Taste has a little bitter bite to it, but overall a decent brown ale.

This was a pretty middling brown ale. Like a watered down version of Ellies Brown. Musty, mild brown sugar sweetness. Tried courtesy of Jay on his trip to Nashville.

Crisp and bitter. Not as nutty as I would have expected. Pretty average. Thanks Erin.

Aroma: Roasted nut, burnt caramel Appearance: Dark brown with thin tan head Taste: Seems slightly more bitter than most brown ales Palate: Medium bodied with lively carbonation. Seems fizzier than other brown ales Ive tried. Not a bad brown ale, but I will probably stick with Rogue Hazelnut Brown Nectar or even Newcastle, if given a choice.

Clear medium amber, long-lasting rim-head, narrow bands of lace. Taste begins with caramel malt, grows through palate, adding chocolate touched with vanilla in the palate, finishing with slight bittering. Drinkable, but not typical of the normal sessionable browns.

not a real interesting nut brown as these goes, but completely passable. reminds me of Tommyknocker or Breckenridge, one of those blase brewers nut brown ales. decent but nothing special.
