Can. A dark golden cider with a lazing off-white. The aroma is sweet and acidic with lots of apples. The flavor is sweet apply leading to a slightly tart finish. Leighton (23092) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - JUN 21, 2010
Can at Governors Island Brewfest. Not sure why this cider doesn’t get higher marks. I thought it was very good and highly drinkable. Pours a light, clear yellow with a filmy, fizzy white head. Strong apple aroma. Flavor is pleasantly sweet, not aggressively like some ciders, with a faint, tart finish. Light to medium in body with bubbly carbonation. A solid cider. fiulijn (21522) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - DEC 19, 2005

Skunky cider, very dry mouthfeel, poor and useless. Undrinkable.
Light, fizzy, overwhelmed by sulphites in both aroma and flavour. Sweetish finish. Would be blandishly acceptable were it not for the sulphites.

On tap. Orange, almost still, with some white bubbles. Weak aroma with sour apples. Flavor is the same. Thin, lightly dry mouthfeel. Boring. (060711) brokensail (16696) - Dublin, California, USA - JUN 19, 2013
Clear golden pour with a short lived, soda-like head. Nose is very bland. Water, metal, lemon, and some granny smith apple skins. The flavor is dry, tart, metallic, and watery. Very mild apple, some hints of lemon zest, and a mild sweetness. bhensonb (16122) - Woodland, California, USA - AUG 25, 2007
Aroma of yeast and apple cider. Brassy gold color with no head, but many tiny bubbles. A bit thin bodied, but the carbonation makes up for it. It’s apple and tart - like a tart green apple. There is some yeast in it. The finish is dry and slightly tannic. Alcohol is going straight to my head on a 102 degree California mid-valley summer day. Under those conditions it is crisp, brisk and refreshing. DSG (15519) - Tel Aviv, ISRAEL - JAN 24, 2009
(11/4/08) Draught at Hamilton’s in San Diego. Clear yrllow color. Aroma green apples. Sweetish flavor of apples and light sourish hints. Light-bodied. Tmoney99 (15219) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - OCT 14, 2006
Bottle. Poured golden color with a minimal white head that diminished quickly with no lacing. Moderate tart apple aroma. Light body. Light sweet cider flavor with a light sweet finish of short duration.
