Cask at CBC Clerko, 14/07/15 as Salopian HOTD - no mention of Blackwater. Clear golden blonde with a decent off white covering. Nose is citric peel, tangerine, grass, pale malt. Taste comprises grassy notes, orange, light vanilla, straw, bread dough. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close. 20th July 2015
Craft Clerkenwell. Cask. No mention of ’Blackwater’ here, check the pumpclip photo Almost clear gold beer, thin white head. Palate is light and fairly dry. Just a smidge of carbonation. Light pale malts. Touches of orange and orange pith. Dry finish. Peel bitter linger. Shabby condition holding this one back, not Salopian’s finest.
