Blond, cloudy, milky (colloïdal by cold). The cloudy appearance is created at low temperature but disappears when the beer gets warmer or when it is kept too long in the cold. Fine fruity with a scent of the used spice, coriander and bitter orange. Smooth beer, thirst-quenching but mild, slightly acidulous, powdery consistency on the tongue, not bitter

Bottle, 75cl corked. A big, frothy white head forms over an unclear, yellow body. The aroma is lighlty spiced and orangey, with pale malts, some faint notes of wet cardboard. Medium body, pleasant carbonation and quite dry. Some soapy coriander notes in the finish, not much in the initial flavor. Pale malts, wheat, citrusy fruityness and a faint cellary hint. Easy drinkable, refreshing and tasteful. Wouldn’t mind drinking more of this. 130420

Bottle. Pours cloudy straw yellow with a white head. Aroma of hay, wheat, citrus, some spices and light coriander. Flavor is sweet and fruity with some citrus, coriander and some oxidized notes. Medium to thin body, average carbonation.

I like the appearance of this beer. Really inviting me to take a sip. It has a typical white beer smell. Also a bit cheesy. Not very nice. The taste is a bit boring. Very watery. The palate is not good. The carbo is to fizzy.

Bottle. Pale yellow, hazy. Quite nice wit-ish nose; nicely balanced coriander, wheat, and yeasty goodness. It all feels quite soft, some german weiss tones in there as well. Body is medium full, quite refreshing. A bit of ginger, loads of coriander. Short finish. Nice wit flavour-wise, but somewhat superficial. Feels like it is mass-produced.

Cloudy like milky apple juice, really big creamy white head is long, nice lacing. Looks great. Strong aroma has lots of coriander, fruits, apple, orange. Flavor is spicy and fruity, light body and feel, sweet, just bit sour feel for balance, fruity finish is long. Nice refreshing beer.

Soft yellow with fresh foam. The smell is pleasant and citrus-like. Flavors of cilantro and lemon peel. Your glass is empty before you now.

A bit of lemon. Perfectly good enough. Missus said ’it reminds me of a not-so-honeyey Hoegaarden. She should be writing these, I guess she does some in a way - like this. Sense?

Top quality wheat beer. Inviting lemon and citrus aromas. Smooth and balanced. Recommended.
