COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Blond, cloudy, milky (collodal by cold). The cloudy appearance is created at low temperature but disappears when the beer gets warmer or when it is kept too long in the cold. Fine fruity with a scent of the used spice, coriander and bitter orange. Smooth beer, thirst-quenching but mild, slightly acidulous, powdery consistency on the tongue, not bitter

Bottle from KZ Metlika. Pours hazy yellow, nice head which didnt go away even when I was almost done with it. Beer leaves nice lace. Smells bananish, lots of spices, some bread and oranges coming late. With that nice smell, taste is little dissapointing. You get everything you smelled, but in small doses. With nice sourness coming, this is a great refreshment and the aftertaste is quite good - hops develop very nicely. Nice wit but doesnt stand a chance against my favourite - St Bernardus Wit.

On tap, 33cL Floral scent, great cloudy appearance. A little too much carbonation to be perfect, but really good, anyway. I agree with the description about the taste and body, only its very very light, and I like more of an of an average witbier.

"Worlds best wheat beer" according WBA. I disagree. Anyways... Pours a very cloudy bleak yellow with medium white head. Aroma is wheat, hay, coriander, earthy yeast, some citrus. Taste is very fresh and light with a soft bitterness balanced up by a slight sweetness. Body is fairly light with low carbonation.

(Bottle 33cl) Pours cloudy light yellow with a tall very creamy head slow ly disappearing head. Wheaty aroma and flavour with a slght wheat sour note. Light body and short finish. Label says "Worlds Best Wheat Beer 09" but I am disappointed in this Witt and BB date is 17/10/13 it appearently still has a very long shelf life! Hmm.
