Really an excellent example of a style that is tough to get high ratings on due to usually not having the most complex flavors. This had a wonderful floral and caramel aroma, traditional color profile when poured into the nonick pint glass. The taste didn’t quite deliver on the aroma, and the palate/finish was normal again for a blonde ale, no surprises. gruberm (329) - - DEC 24, 2013
Coffee notes. Beer. It's dark. Harsher than i'd hope. It's Christmas Eve. Merry Christmas.

Bottle split at Tony’s house, cheers to TR, 19/05/13.
Lightly hazed golden amber with a thin white head.
Nose is citrus, orange pith, hops, light pine.
Taste comprises bitter orange, hops, light caramel, citrus notes.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, some hop bitterness in the finish.
Really tasty stuff for sub 4%, good to see more of this coming out of the US! phaleslu (10271) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - OCT 7, 2012
lushawn shared some of his glass at Armsby Abbey- thanks again, Shawn! Pours a clear gold color with a finger of white head that leaves heavy lace in the glass. The aroma is very mild; pale malts, bread, hay. More comes out in the flavor, like some subtle herbal, grassy hops, cracker, and even citrus. Light-bodied, with a dry, bready mouthfeel and moderate carbonation. Nice session ale. CamdenD (1197) - Madrid, SPAIN - JUL 24, 2012
A bit of a bonus for the low alcohol. Decent taste at 3.75 but otherwise a grassy taste, and fizz. Good, but not memorable. Like the attempt though.

22 oz. bottle. Pours a hazy amber with a thin linen white head that quickly dissipates and leaves very little lace. Mild aroma of citrus and malt. The flavor begins with mild malt, somewhat grainy, and is followed by some mild-moderate hops bitterness. Understated but very drinkable. annunz123 (957) - Taunton, Massachusetts, USA - MAY 27, 2012
Malt, fruit, grass, and citrus in the aroma. Flavor starts sweet with some caramel. Fruity bittering hops in the finish. Good, tasty summer beer. berkshirejohn (6502) - Bracknell, Berkshire, ENGLAND - MAY 22, 2012
22oz bottle from Crossroads Beer & Wine, Burlington, MA. stated ABV 3.9% Pours a hazy amber with a thin white head; light fruity aroma; citrusy flavours with a smooth grainy body and a crisp, peppery hop finish. Very drinkable. MaBeer1972 (2060) - Reno, Nevada, USA - MAY 14, 2012
A light golden brew. Decent carbonation. The first few sips of this were kinda bland and boring. After a while this one develops nicely. Very smooth drinking, but with a good spice-hop aroma. Flavor is lightly bitter with a touch of sweetness. To me though, a session beer must come in 12 oz bottles and be drunk directly from the bottle. Has the subtle citrus hop aroma of an American pale. Golden near-amber color, pretty good lacing. Mainly sweet grainyness, some bitter contrast. Low gravity feel that makes this incredibly drinkable, though not all that fulfilling. I would call this an extra light IPA.
