Hazy golden color. Frothy white head. Very dry, hoppy with notes of wheat and bubble gum. Unbelievably balanced mouth with smooth as silk backbone supported by ample hops, good Belgian funky yeast character. Very carbonated. Nice dry bitter finish with the funkiness lasting. Love this.

12.7-ounce bottle pours clear, bright, sparkling yellow-gold with monster-thick fluffy off-white head and lacing, with lots of visible south-to-north carbonation in glass. Aroma: pepper, spice, honey, lemon, barnyard. Flavor: honey, white pepper, lemon, yeasty bread, some barnyard, clove, banana, hoppy bitter finish. Mouthfeel: light-bodied, yet still somewhat slick; prickly finish from hops and carbonation. Very lively in mouth. This saison is a real treat.

75cl. Gusher! Murky deep golden. A: hops are noticable from across the table, old world hops, pine, citrus, like, hay, yeast, cheese, light funk. Reminds of Dupont BV. T: exactly as expected, such a nice saison, packed with traditional yeasty citrus lime tastes. Quite bitter, but then again also mild and gentle. Finish is smooth. Winner.
