750ML bottle POP of a cork and off we go. Hazy straw lemon color. Big, bright white head. Nose is grass, fresh hay, bright citrus, some corn. Taste is lemon peel, grass, corn, with a big hop bite that is slightly too astringent. Soft lemony feel. A little flat in carbonation. Not all that lively. Interesting enough.

geolgau (468) - Cluj-Napoca, ROMANIA - OCT 20, 2017
Aroma is pure barnyard, with notes of fresh grass, grassy hops and a bit of corn. Grassy and spicy taste, bitter and citrusy. Hay, slight corn, a tad sweet and very herbal. A bit astringent, fully carbonated, crisp and refreshing. Farmhouse all the way.

mariuspoenari (2969) - The Hague, NETHERLANDS - OCT 12, 2017
Hazy golden pour with a tall, fine-grained, white head. Visible carbonation rising to the surface. Notes of grains, citrus, yeast, cardamon, bananas, grapes, minerals, light hops. A really nice saison, light, pleasantly dry, with soft carbonation and very nicely balanced.

hrabren (1529) - Zagreb, CROATIA - SEP 20, 2017
On tap at Vrteška 2017, shared with Višnja 666. Dark amber, small off-white head. Wine, light vinegar, light dried fruit. Light tart, dry, puckering, alcohol is hidden. Medium body, moderate carbonation, moderate to lasting dry finish. Quite good.

pinkzambia (2073) - Boise, Idaho, USA - SEP 18, 2017
Bottle from Fort Point Market - Boston: Murky yellow with an aroma of skunk, perfume and musk. Soapy Belgian flavor. Fairly thick body with a rubbery aftertaste.

JorgeLee (2235) - Greater London, ENGLAND - SEP 3, 2017
Bottle, Malt Attacks. Light golden pour, billowing white foam. Superb expression of yeast here, delicate spicy and fruity esters. Crisp grainy body. Good bitterness, and a nice hint of citric fruit in the finish. A real delight to drink.

MatChar (95) - Quebec, CANADA - AUG 28, 2017
UPDATED: OCT 5, 2017 Bottle. Appearance: almost clear blond with very thick foam remaining highly present, very fine and lively carbonation. Smell: nice saison yeast, low to no hops. Tastes: notes of lemon, slightly soapy, very subtle nutty notes from spelt, medium to high dryness with low sweetness, medium to high drinkability, awesome saison yeast aromas. Overall: while it might lack complexity, very pure and floral saison yeast aromas.
