Fancy bottle. Cloudy yellow, huge offwhite foam, fresh citrus (detergent ) , funk and spice, a bit algae. Medium body, fresh, medium dry, light ricotta cheese, fresh, great, world class.

UPDATED: APR 3, 2018 First two pours were 100% foam. Liquid is a pale yellow and very bubbly. Aroma of light grains and skunk. Taste also skunky with grass. Watery palate. Reminiscent of Natty ice.

Tap at BeerTemple, 22nd March 18. Pours clear, aroma is yeast, citrus, floral. Taste is refreshing, citrus, bitter, some yeast, it's a really nice saison, but not outstanding.

Another exceptional saison, pale hazy gold, decent head. Spicy aroma giving way to a nice refreshing taste and crisp finish.

Hopmaestro (1911) - Örebro, SWEDEN - FEB 26, 2018
Aroma is citrusy and a little perfumy. Slight funk and hay with a yet floral approach. Taste is superbly balanced, it's actually so balanced that it's almost boring. That sounded contradictive? Honey sweet with oranges and apricots. Light wheat bready body and spicey grains. Tight and distinct grassy hops and a dry finish. This is a very fine-tuned saison

Hazy golden color. Frothy white head. Very dry, hoppy with notes of wheat and bubble gum. Unbelievably balanced mouth with smooth as silk backbone supported by ample hops, good Belgian funky yeast character. Very carbonated. Nice dry bitter finish with the funkiness lasting. Love this.

UPDATED: JAN 21, 2018 Hazy golden colour. Substantial amount of head. Aroma is somewhat spelty with lots of fruit and pepper. Taste is earthy with a lot of lemon, herbs, and spices.
