Bottled. Had so much carbonation that after the cork was popped it overflowed for about a minute. Anyway, it has a lightly clouded orangish/brown color with a lot of carbonation(duh) and a small white head. Smell is of yeast/spice. Taste is malted/spice/citrus and finishes with a somewhat herbal flavor. Overall it was not my thing. It had kind of an odd smell that I did not like and it mixed with the taste.

Piekna piana, pechezykowa. Kolor bursztynowo czerwonawy. Metniste i na koniec blotniste. Aromat wina, sliwek nieco octu. W smaku winne, drozdzowo owocowe, drylowane wisnie i sliwki. Kwaskowe nieco. Ale przyprawowosc lekko wyczuwalna, zwlaszcza kolorowy pieprz

Medium aroma of malts, caramel, Saison yeast, fruit, apple, bread and funk.

Opaque amber/orange beer with a medium beige head.

Starts medium sweet with malts, caramel, Saison yeast, fruit and apple; ends slightly bitter and dry with bread and funk.

This beer is rather intense, complex and balanced. Really balanced thanks to that Saison yeast. Fruit and bread are the most dominant flavours, with some apple as well. Perfect appearance and a great palate.

0,75l bottle as La Moneuse Special Winter Ale, shared with wiosna @ One Pint Pub. Pours clear deep golden with a medium white head. Aroma is slightly tarty malts with some apples. Flavor is tarty malts, apples, a hint of vinegar and some hops. Good.

Veey good. Slighty tart and sour in finish. Hints of green apple and raisin. Enjoyed it very much

Ysok02 (1714) - Mons, BELGIUM - FEB 3, 2017

Bawelt (874) - Lyon, FRANCE - JAN 16, 2017
Légère (pour du 8). Nez avec pas mal de levures. Un fond pomme voir epoire. Bouche bien équilibrée. Acidité très modérée.

rumore (647) - Rimini, ITALY - JAN 13, 2017
From the tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours amber with nice reflections, and limited foam (white and fine). Aroma has fruits under spirits, dried figs, white-pulp fruits. Body is medium-dense. Taste is sweetish, with an apricot feeling and more sugary sweetness. Finish is fortunately not too long.

mikeyo1 (849) - Linköping, SWEDEN - JAN 6, 2017
bottle @ home, aged a year. Hazy amber color. Aroma of fruits, caramel, malt, yeast, spices. Medium body, dry taste with high carbonation. Similar taste, with a dry finish and some alcohol warmth.
