A mid Amber brown coloured beer with a weak off white head. A strong caramel and fruit aroma, and a touch bready. Dry mouthfeel. The taste starts off with a dry, biscuity malt flavour, that ushers in a caramel flavour that introduces a sweeter fruit flavour, slightly smoky and vanilla spice. The finish is dry, but with the sweeter fruit element. Bottle from Beer of Europe. goozen (4145) - Leiden, NETHERLANDS - APR 11, 2015

Bottle @ home. Lightly hazy orange amber color, small off-white head. Aroma is malts, sweetish, dried fruits. Taste lightly malts, dried fruits, light to moderately bitter and I get a touch of oatmeal. Or at least it reminds me of oatmeal. And biscuits. Low to average body, average carbonation. johndoughty (5543) - cheslyn hay, West Midlands, ENGLAND - JUL 8, 2014
Bottle. Quite lively on opening. Bronze appearance and slightly bitter. A bit thin and lacks body. Should a beer this week be bottled? Great label though pity about the contents. leaparsons (10765) - Wigston, Leicestershire, ENGLAND - JAN 18, 2014
Bottle. Amber with a thin foam. Aromas are toffee and caramel with raisins. Light stewed apple with woody notes and fudge. Flavours are sweet caramel and toffee with dry tea and light woodiness. Some sharpish lemon. A bit of cardboard. It’s OK. allmyvinyl (11021) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - JAN 16, 2014
500ml bottle from Beers of Europe. Lightly hazy amber pour, good lasting head. Some butterscotch on the nose, stewed apples and red fruit, toffee. Taste has more apple-sweetness. Good texture and body for the strength. OK. TBone (18226) - Pori, FINLAND - MAY 30, 2011
Clear amber color, small off-white head. Diacetylic, sticky nose. Light-body. Less diacetyl in the flavor, some in the aftertaste. Toffee, wort, hoppy notes. Light hoppy notes in the finish. This one was pretty lame.
