Bottle share. Nice peachy fruity notes , more sweetness than tart. Aroma is hinting at the pucker, taste brings sweetness, then finishes with a sour bite. Prufrockstar (2132) - Moscow, Idaho, USA - OCT 23, 2015
375ml bottle from Block 15 this Summer. I saved this bottle to split with my wife after the birth of our own daughter, and tonight we finally open it. First glass was clear, the second hazy goldenrod with fine-bubbled head and okay lacing. Aroma is herbal and botanical. There’s a honeyed sweetness to it. Floral, lightly funky, some kind of variation on oak that I can’t place. Short tart finish. Slick texture. Medium+ body. Seems like it should be light and springy, but it definitely has some heft to it. Still, one of the more uniquely crafted beers I’ve had in awhile. Would love to get a bottle every year. mcberko (20305) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - AUG 11, 2015
375mL bottle, courtesy of Prufrockstar (thanks a lot, Chris), pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Nose is very funky, with lots of brett, followed by the pronounced flowers and oak. Flavour is extremely complex, with a wonderful blend of red wine, oak, funky brett and very pronounced floral notes that I can’t exactly put my finger on. Everything is in perfect harmony. Seems I opened this at the right time, as the brett is exactly at the level I love. Excellent beer. hopwine (678) - brooklynzzzzz, New York, USA - AUG 3, 2015
Heavy oak, floral, grassy, herbaceous, medicinal, nectar/honey sweetness, mild to moderate acid, peppery/barnyard. Very very unique and well done

500 mL bottle poured into a snifter. Hazy orange body. Medium white head. Very floral aroma. Some stone fruit and tropical fruit. Tastes like orange and tropical fruits. Floral flavors are on the fringes. High carbonation. Sharp finish. A little rough sourness.
