Bottle tasting at Craft Clerkenwell. Thanks to Aaron. Hazy gold beer, little pale cream coloured head. Palate is light and airy and a little crisp. Light floralness with a very mild sour tang. Whisper of lemony citrus. Little dried fruits. Finishes light. Pleasant enough!
Bottle shared at CBC Clerkenwell in London - big thanks to Aaron. Pours hazy yellow-gold with a creamy white head. The nose has light bretty funk, some subtle rindy citrus, lemon. Light sweet flavor with modest dryness, good brett funk, more dry citrus rind bitterness. Medium bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. Pretty clean to finish, lightly drying, with basement brett character and dry citrus fruits. Nice. Theydon_Bois (20646) - Hazlemere, the lower Xhitlerns, Buckinghamshire, ENGLAND - DEC 13, 2013

Nice saison. mcberko (18998) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - APR 1, 2013
On tap at Saraveza’s Farmhouse and Wild Ale Festival, pours a cloudy opaque bright orange with a small beige head. Aroma of musty earthy notes, some oranges, farmhouse notes and lightly tart light fruits. Flavour brings out tart apricots, oranges and other tropical fruits, oak barrels and some farmhouse notes. Quite complex, accentuated beautifully by the oak barrels. Finishes on dry, tart notes of apricot and oranges. Great stuff.

Pours a cloudy golden color with a big/huge white head on it. A nice fruity saison with plenty of spice and earth notes to it as well. Some lemon zest and perhaps some green apple and other citrus. Slight sweetness of bread/cracker malts, too. The flavor is a touch sweet, but still decently dry from the Brett. Again, some fruity tones to go along with the earthy and floral character. Bottle, thanks to Aaron. It pours hazy golden yellow with a medium white head. The nose is soft, earthy, brett, underlying sweetness, barnyard, sherbet, light toast and spice. The taste is sherbet, hay, toast, crisp bitterness, lemon, grapefruit, spice and subtle tartness with a dry finish. Medium body, moderate carbonation and foamy mouth-feel. Well-rounded and very drinkable stuff. Tasty. djd07 (15547) - Houston, Texas, USA - DEC 19, 2015

A hazed amber ale with a thick lacing light moka head. In aroma, nice Brett, barnyard, sour cherries, epsom salts. In mouth, a nice lactic offering with light buttery notes, cherries, a bit of harshness, not bad. On tap at OBF Fringe Fest Belmont Station, July 30 2011.
