Thanks, Aaron! Served in a cervoise. Huge head and lacing. Strong saison nose followed by light acidic twang and wheat in the flavor. Very dry with light oak. maneliquor (3514) - Perth, AUSTRALIA - DEC 8, 2013
Bottle cheers to Aaron. Pours cloudy yellow with a medium, fluffy white head leaving great lacing. Nose is chock full of stone fruits - peach, plum, apricot, some moderate hay and grass. Epitomizes summer. Taste is grassy and floral hops with big apricot and mango running through the mid palate. Big tropical features, sherbert and citric zest. Very juicy. Summer, summer, summer. Very good stuff! Oregon_butcher (60) - Eugene, Oregon, USA - DEC 19, 2013
Cloudy yellow. Smells tart and funky. Taste is similar to smell, funky and slightly tart. Leaves a sweet lingering after taste. Nice mellow sour saison taste. Overall excellent

Pours a medium golden color with a couple finger of fizzy white foam. Lots of dusty oak, vinous fruit and complexities of cedar, lime and citrus zest on the nose. Palate is a bit more murky than the nose leads you on to expect but still contains great flavors of grapefruit pith, complex rustic malts, cobwebs, bitter grass, rounded honey sweetness balances out the acidity level in the finish. slowrunner77 (12594) - Reno, Nevada, USA - AUG 28, 2014
"Definitely more wild than saison. Saision might be what this started as, but it’s got all kinds of cantillon cheesy funky sourness going on. Light in body, but not aroma or flavor. First foray into Block 15...hope it won’t be the last.

Bottle thanks to Skinnyguy! Bright hazy yellow pour, little lasting lacing and carbonation and an nice honey and hay and green apple aroma. Flavor is also nice light honey, hay, slightly sweet lemon and finishes effervescent. Really nice surprise, thanks Dan! Scopey (15500) - Croydon, Greater London, ENGLAND - DEC 15, 2013
Bottle, thanks to Aaron. It pours hazy golden yellow with a medium white head. The nose is soft, earthy, brett, underlying sweetness, barnyard, sherbet, light toast and spice. The taste is sherbet, hay, toast, crisp bitterness, lemon, grapefruit, spice and subtle tartness with a dry finish. Medium body, moderate carbonation and foamy mouth-feel. Well-rounded and very drinkable stuff. Tasty. gramity (1680) - Edmonton, Alberta, CANADA - JAN 7, 2014

bottle shared by mathieuc, many thanks dawg. pours hazy pale yellow with a very nice creamy white head showing a good retention and lacing. dusty bretts, bright citrus and mint, flowers, honeyed maltiness if not honey and pale maltiness - hint of sweetness, quite fruity too, light acidity - mostly lactic, yet never linear, wood and herbs. lively carbonation, light body, relatively dry bretty, very chalky, lightly astringent and grassy-citrusy finish. 750ml bottle pours out a hazy golden topped with a bubbly head. When this was fresh it was more saison forward as time has passed and Brett took over. It is now more wild and sour. Nose is Brett tartness citrus lemon wood and perfume. Taste is more of the brett tartness citrus and wood. I like it more now then went it was fresh. I love how time and bugs change beer.
