A: Dark, opaque mahogany with a thin off-white head.
N: Nut, toffee, caramel, sulfur, minerals, sarsparilla, toasted biscuit, and a nice underlying maltiness.
T: Bitter, lightly sweet, and clean.
M: Light body, no alcohol, spritzy carbonation.

Poured from tap to glass at the pub. Brown hue with creamy tan head. Aroma is nutty, caramel, cream, butterscotch. Mouthfeel is great with a medium body and soft carbonation. Taste is sweet with a balanced clean finish. Overall this is a fun brew. kp (10882) - Woodstock, Georgia, USA - NOV 7, 2009

Aroma: sweet chocolate aroma, nice toasted nutty character, light caramel sweetness
Flavor: rich chocolate flavor, just enough caramel sweetness to bring out the chocolate, nice nutty character

Tap @ the Mini Beer Fest... Poured deep amber/ruby/brown with a beige head. The hemp seeds were very noticeable in the aroma. Flavors were a tiny bit hoppy with a roasted nut, malt character. A sweet yeast and ester finish.
