Bottle at Bailey’s Taproom, pours jet black with a small tan head. Aroma brings out rich bourbon barrels, vanilla and cocoa. Flavour reveals rich bourbon barrels, vanilla and cocoa. Very silky and decadent. Amazing barrel aging job here. Phenomenal beer. hopscotch (11451) - Vero Beach, Florida, USA - MAR 19, 2014
Bottle... This beer rocks!… Pours midnight black with little to no head. The aroma is a luxuriant swirl of brownies, bourbon and vanilla. Full-bodied and silken with gentle carbonation. The flavor nearly duplicates the nose – fudge and bourbon are accompanied by burnt and bitter notes. Finishes chocolaty, boozy and warm all the way down to my belly. Kudos to landhoney for sharing this world class imperial stout! douglas88 (9797) - Portland, Oregon, USA - MAR 18, 2014
About time! On tap at Baileys. Pours a pitch black color with a small white head. The aroma is big chocolate, some roast and booze. The flavor leans toward a drier British stout with ash, dark chocolates, a bit of smoke, prunes, vanilla, woody. Light oxidation. Really awesome beer. I need a bottle or two of this. World class. pdx76 (651) - Portland, Oregon, USA - MAR 9, 2014
On draught at saraveza - pours pitch black with medium tan head. Foam tends to cling to sides of glass. Nose of booze, molasses, and brown sugar. Taste is definitely boozy with bourbon, molasses, cane sugar components. Nice beer to have on a cold night.

On draught at Saraveza. 2012 vintage. Pitch black with dark tan head beading like oil sheen. Aroma is bourbon, oak, milk chocolate, cocoa nib, and dark caramel malt roasting. Taste is milk chocolate liqueur, semisweet dark cocoa nibs, coffee, whiskey, and oak smoke. Finishes with a pronounced alcohol kick, with bourbon and whiskey spiking the awesome milk chocolate flavors.

Poured from tap to glass. Jet black hue with brown head. Arab is huge caramel, chocolate, vanilla, coffee, figs, raisins, nutty. Mouthfeel is velvet soft with a full body and nice carbonation. Taste is sweet with a nice bitterness following and an ethanol warming finish. Overall this is a fantastic brew! phaleslu (10913) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - FEB 22, 2014

Black with a small tan head and some lacing. Aroma of brown sugar and molasses. Flavors of roast malts, chocolate, brown sugar and vanilla
Nice, a big beer.
Bottle shared on the RBWG bus tour (LaZoom!). Dark chocolate brown pour. Pretty nice n’ sweet nose of heavy dark chocolate, lactose sugars, and a touch of bourbon. Mmm! That’s good. There’s chocolate and vanilla sweetness that is perfectly balanced with bourbon wood notes. Well balanced and delicious. cubs (10742) - Fort Collins, Colorado, USA - FEB 7, 2014
