lukin (655) - Ontario, CANADA - AUG 20, 2017
bottle. Hazy yellow with pink tinge. Light and sweet, bubblegum and spices dominate. Could use some more bite to it.

czar (9172) - Québec, Quebec, CANADA - AUG 9, 2017
pours unclear medium dark golden-orange with a nice off-white cap offering some retention and lacing. multi-grainy cereals, some peppery and spicy ones, fruity and zesty saieszoane yeast action, hint of honey sweetness, balanced by lightly bitter citrus notes; salt and pepper. almost bright carbonation, light body - never watery; relatively dry grassy-citrusy finish. just slightly under-attenuated, otherwise a quite nice (classic) session saison.

Bottled. Hazy orange body, small white head. The aroma is happy and sour, and the taste is slightly boring.

Pours hazy gold with a white head. Aroma is citrus hops and wheat. Flavour is spices, peppery, citrus hops and wheat. It has a slight bitter at the beginning that mellows with a wheat finish. Good easy to drink beer.

500 ml bottle from lcbo. Quiet pour with modest carbonation. The aroma has elements of spice, confection sugar, and earthy notes. The beer is golden coloured with an abundant off-white head and good lace. The taste has a spicy start with confection notes carrying into the middle. Long finish with notes of soft fruit, yeast, and a touch of sour adding to the complexity. Good mouthfeel. A very good saison!

3.6
Boutip (6397) - Gatineau, Quebec, CANADA - OCT 5, 2016
Bottle: Poured a light amber color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some light lacing. Aroma of rustic malt with peppery yeast notes is quite nice. Taste is also a mix of peppery yeast notes with some rustic malt and light residuals sugar notes. Body is full enough for the style with good carbonation. Well brewed for the style with good drinkability level.

Karol (921) - SLOVAK REPUBLIC - OCT 3, 2016
Tapped at the brewery. Part of a tasting flight. Clear light golden color. Standard head, vanished quickly. Aroma of yeast, white wine, sauerkraut. All mild and balanced. Taste mirrors the aroma plus green tea. Medium dry hoppiness finish. Good.
