bottle from ingles in sylva consumed 7/11/11.
honey color with a slight ow head.
it is not exactly pleasant smelling... woody, odd herbals and citrus.
the palate is a bit sweet and out of place.... flavors of orange, wood, herbs, apples, florals, metal and caramel. 5/3/5/3/12 zvikar (6575) - Ramat Gan, ISRAEL - MAR 24, 2012

Bottle, beer of the month club. Pours hazy amber with minimal head. Green banana and caramel aroma, tastes of hops and medium bitterness, light body, really carbonated, short finish and not very exciting. 19Ei8hty (1166) - Washington, USA - JAN 19, 2012
Starts out ok, some sweet caramel and a touch of molasses. Goes astray with notes of fig and apple. Strange tart citrus notes. Holiday spices and a little earthiness. Would not like to see more than one of these sitting in my fridge. DSG (15403) - Tel Aviv, ISRAEL - DEC 30, 2011
Bottle. Beer of the month club. Clear deep golden color with a small of-white head. Aroma of slightly biscuity/cookie-ish malt and some nice floral hops. Later a bit of butter. Slightly sweetish malt flavor, somewhat fruity, quickly turns to bitter floral and citric hops. Medium-bodied. Quite enjoyable.

12/25/11. Merry Christmas! 12oz bottle courtesy Cavie! Clear light copper pour with a small khaki head that fades to nothing and doesn’t lace at all. Light aroma with a touch of citrus, mostly lemon peel. Gross flavor of lemon peel, apples, butter, butterscotch, and burnt caramel. This is a disaster. Bottle from Cavie. Light pour with a white head. Aroma is sweet, almost spicy, toffee, and light fruit. Taste is burned toast, candy corn, cinnamon, and a little more char on the finish. Cavie (4874) - Arlington, Texas, USA - NOV 18, 2011
Bottle. Pours a clear light orange color. Light ring of white head. Aroma is grainy, and butter with a bit of alcohol. Flavor is dry malts, slight sweet bread and grainy malts on the finish. Pretty standard. crazyvin (2026) - New York, USA - OCT 17, 2011
A nice clear copper body with a thin white head. Head seemed to have good retention and some mild lace. Aroma had a big caramel malt presence upfront with some brown sugar notes. There was a slight spice note to it. Some floral hops in the back. Overall aroma was sweet, but with just the right amount of sweetness. Flavor had big malts as well mostly caramel but the brown sugar element was a little more prevalent. Some floral hops to balance it out and there was that spice element from the aroma almost like nutmeg. Finish was smooth and light. A good beer that was a little more malt based than hops. beernovice39 (3269) - Idaho, USA - SEP 8, 2011
Bottle pours a hazy copper with a thin white head. Scent is malt, straw and a whiff of caramel. Taste is malts, tea and earthy.
