Sampled at the brewpub. Arrived with a slick of fruit in it. A sweet aroma seems to be full of malts along with wheat. Along with the above I taste some clove and a little coriander. Yeast, too. It is more of a hefe than a wheat ale. It is quite sweet and enjoyable, actually.

Tap at the brewpub. Clear light gold pour with a white head. Light grain and lemon aroma and taste. Just okay.

tronraner (2459) - Walland, Tennessee, USA - SEP 20, 2011
Draught at the brewpub. Pours golden yellow with small white head. The aroma is grainy and herbal with a sweet cookie note. The flavor is doughy with some cookie notes and a touch of lemon. Uninteresting.

Draft at Blue Cat Brew Pub. Not alone in the lemon wedge on the glass overpowering the beer aroma. Aroma was mild wheat, that’s about it. Flavor was lemon. Forgettable, undercarbonated, boring. Better offers there.

DalzAle (2037) - Eden Prairie, Minnesota, USA - JUL 20, 2011
On tap. Clear light yellow pour, little carbonation and not much of an aroma as far as I could tell (lemon wedge on the glass overpowered any beer aroma.) Flavor of light hay and some bitter off flavors on the aftertaste. Lemon wedge was the only redeeming grace for this beer as it masked the beer.

cbfobes (2883) - Quad Cities, Illinois, USA - MAY 8, 2011
On tap at brewpub, pours a clear light golden with a thin head, just to note, I asked for a 2 oz taster, while I recieved the 2 oz’s, I also received a full lemon slice in it, so, aroma was full of lemon and nothing else, the flavor has some fruity notes to it, pretty easy drinking and light.

Cavie (4717) - Arlington, Texas, USA - MAY 29, 2010
Tap at the pub. Clear golden yellow pour. Nice fruity aroma, although it was served with a slice of lemon. Clean smelling. Easy drinking. Wheat tones mixed with peanut essense. Slight bitterness. Some metallic edge on the finish but not much. Pretty refreshing.

KAF (448) - Coralville, Iowa, USA - AUG 13, 2009
Maybe they mislabeled this or gave me the wrong beer. On tap August 12 at the brew pub. Golden in color with a small white head. Not much in way of aroma. Tasted like a lager similar to Corona. Not pleasant. Of the five they had on tap this was my least favorite.

drowland (8676) - Georgia, USA - AUG 6, 2009
Have had on tap at the brewpub several times, though I usually get something better if available. It’s fine, but it’s rather light, and is clearly their beer for those who don’t drink beer.

GeneralGao (3614) - Iowa City, Iowa, USA - AUG 28, 2006
Draught at the brewpub. Clear golden color with thin white head that left no lace. Served with a lemon. Smells of April flowers and sweet hops. Nice grainy flavor with fresh flower note. Tasty American wheat with more personality than most.
