listed as the chocolate porter. had most of a pint with dinner with my sister, really liked it following the adovada and the light belgian pale i had before. pour is black with a very thin head that does not last. cocoa nose with a bit of peanut butter. rich chocolate flavor with a very nice cocoa finish. the sweet chocolate is balanced by the dry cocoa. i picked up a couple of growlers to take to some beer folks back in denver tomorrow in exchange for a couch to sleep on, cheaper than a hotel room. nbutler11 (1267) - Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, ENGLAND - FEB 17, 2012
On tap at the Marble Taproom in Santa Fe. Coffee black with a trim beige head. Smells richly of coffee roast and sweet malts. Tastes of both. Dry with a strong note of bitter coca. Solid. BeerandBlues2 (13202) - Escondido, California, USA - JAN 8, 2009
