The aroma is not good, it is strong in sulfites however the flavor and body is not bad. The vanilla comes through with some apple, and it’s hard to tell if there is any honey in there. Sadly this is the only drinkable product this company makes.

355ml can. This is not as bad as you would htink like a vanilla apple pie, not ultra-sweet.

12oz can (courtesy of Headbanger) poured into a Snifter at 48°. Color is a light gold with bubbly carbonation and just a ring for a head. Aroma is a mild apple scent with just a hint of honey. It has a very light body giving a crisp mouth feel. Flavor light and refreshing with apple and honey showing and a mellow sweetness. In the after taste a bit of vanilla comes across ending clean. Overall this is pretty good, their deScription is spot on and much better then I was excepting after having the Yellow Collar.

Can split at ChrisO tasting, London. It pours a clear golden color with almost no head to speak of. Aroma is sweet, with baked apples, light veggies, caramel and burnt sugar. Taste has more sugary fusels, apples, brown sugar syrup. Medium and sticky body with no carbonation. Overall, messy

can. "gift" from Magsinva. Pours golden with a thin white head. a bit of apple on the nose. fairly dry and unimposing on the tongue. has a bit of an aftertaste. This is just a bad idea on every conceivable level.

Mead in a can....fingers crossed...Pours clear yellow with a wisp of carbonation. Faint aromas of earth, honey, and citrus. Taste is Fairly sweet honey and off-Apple notes. Sigh.

12oz can 3/15/15 (Courtesy of TerryR)-39° in snifter-Pours a clear golden with no head. Aroma of honey. Taste of honey, apple, and vanilla. This light bodied mead is pretty simplistic but still rather tasty.

Can during RBWG. Pours a clear yellow with no head. The aroma is honey and apple. Thin mouthfeel with nice honey flavor and light apple, clean, very nice.

Lots of honey and apple. Nearly clear. Carbonated which I haven’t had too many of sparkling.

This looks okay. This starts out okay in that it isn’t too sweet and has some fruitiness. Unfortunately, by the end of this, it starts to get a heavy feeling, which is weird and shocking for a drink of so low alcohol. Not that good.

KyotoLefty (10531) - Kyoto, JAPAN - NOV 1, 2014
Can. Pale golden with a low, fizzy head. Fresh leafy hop and lemon nose. Hoppy, grassy flavor, some honey, a bit medicinal. Thin and fizzy. Strange stuff. Not my cup of tea.
