Pours golden with a small off-white head. Sweet grain and honey on the nose. Taste is rather sweet. Medium body. Lively carbonation. Average lager. FROTHINGSLOSH (7944) - GREENSBURG, Pennsylvania, USA - NOV 20, 2013
Sampled on draft at the brewpub this beer poured a clear yellow-golden color with a medium sized foamy white head that faded and left decent lacing. The aroma was somewhat sour, tangy and had a sour mash old style lager presence. The flavor was tangy and tart with moderate sour mash and faint fruity hops. Medium length tart and tangy sour mash and fruity hop finish. Medium body. Pretty tasty for what it is. Travlr (25550) - Charlotte, North Carolina, USA - NOV 23, 2011
Draft at the brewpub. Very clear pale yellow, small white edge head. Aroma of straw and white pepper. Taste is bitter citrus. Not bad. boto (2261) - Granby, Connecticut, USA - AUG 23, 2011
Draught @ Capital Ale House: This one pours a clear golden color. There was a small white head on it that did not linger nor leave any lacing. Mild but decent nose. Some malts, touch sweet, corn, maybe some floral hops. The taste isn’t bad. Better than most beers of this ilk. Clean, crisp taste. Easy to drink.

Bomber from 2010. Pours a cloudy orange, no head but white lacing. Smells or orange, bubblegum, and maybe off hops. Very thin, tastes like a sweet lager, citrus throughout, but not offensive. Much better then I thought it would be but lager’s just aren’t my thing. Velkyal (322) - Gordonsville, Virginia, USA - FEB 20, 2011
Pours a rich golden with a thin white head which vanishes quickly. The aroma was mainly spicy, with hints of grass and hay, with a graininess lingering in the background. Tastes of bread and some biscuit, cut through with a crisp clean bitterness. Quite nice. BeerandBlues2 (13659) - Escondido, California, USA - JAN 16, 2011
Tap. Pours clear gold with a large, creamy and frothy white head, long retention with excellent lacing. Aroma is heavy malt (grainy, hay, straw, cereal), light hops (spicy), and light esters (fruity) with vegetal notes. Flavor is heavy malt (grainy, hay, meal, cereal), light hops (spicy), and light esters (fruity) with vegetal notes. Light body, low warmth and creaminess, high carbonation with a dry and biting finish. ucusty (2691) - raleigh, North Carolina, USA - AUG 18, 2009
Clear light amber pour. Fizzy white head and spotty lace. Nicely carbonated . Corny aroma. Grains, grassy hops, and honey. Crisp finish. Overall very solid especially for a style I’m not too fond of. Drake (14045) - Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA - MAY 6, 2009
