COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Named after the third brightest star in the night sky, this beer is actually a hybrid of a Strong Belgian Golden Ale and a Belgian Pale Ale, bringing the qualities of both into one. Featuring a Belgian Abbey ale yeast and moderate hop bitterness without the alcohol found in the strong golden ale.

On draught at the brewpub in downtown Marshfield, Wisconsin. Pours a clear golden pale amber brew with a creamy white head that has some nice retention and spotty lacing. Aroma of crystal, golden grain malt, a hint of wheat, cloves, a hint of bubblegum and banana. Taste is medium bodied, with flavors of popcorn, cloves, Belgian yeast and some wheat. Finish is semi-dry with a yeast aftertaste and a mild bitterness that lingers after the finish. Definitely more clove than banana ester in the taste making this Belgian ale memorable.
