light, grainy aroma. (the glass unfortunately picked up "fresh rubber" aroma from the glass drying/storing pad, which we had to fight through.) very clear medium gold color. some mild hop notes. slightly corny. quite delicate, well done. WillRunForBeer (2727) - Massachusetts, USA - AUG 31, 2013
Taster at the source. Pours bright golden with a pure white head that quickly receeds. Aromas of lemon and bread. Light, easy drinking and very smooth. Pale malt, just a touch of hop bitterness. AdamChandler (5150) - Enfield, New Hampshire, USA - AUG 25, 2013
Hay yellow. Smells like straw hay and lemons. Taste is very clean. Light body. Very smooth finish. Great wheat backbone. on a hot day, this is a winner. radarsock (1207) - Massachusetts, USA - AUG 11, 2013
UPDATED: NOV 2, 2013 Had on tap at the source. Decided because of how much I liked it, to get a $7.50 growler fill which I took back home and am currently enjoying. Tastes and smells of rice milk, German noble hops, Bible paper, corn, bread yeast and sage. Really nice. Pours a clear light yellow: short sudsy whitish head up on top, this one. Draft at BL. Pale, hazy gold in color, very thin head in the 4 oz. sample glass. Aroma is quite sweet with malts and some mild herbal notes. Flavor is quite earthy, herbal and mild grassy notes. Really pleasant and certainly easy to drink. Simple and straight forward; different take on the style.

Pours a light straw pale golden color with a finger or two of foamy suds. The nose has a bit of light maltiness, touch of esters spearmint, grass. The palate is pretty simple with a light toasted quality nice grassy bitterness that rolls on the finish. Easy to drink. Crisp mouthfeel.
