750ml growler from Brewery: This one pours a clear, golden color. There was a small white head on it that doesn’t linger long or leave much lacing. The nose is good. Some pepper and clove. A hint of alcohol. Faint banana and caramel malts. The taste is very good. Nice malt body that is somewhat more than medium. Some pepper and clove notes. A subdued sweetness to it. A very nice tripel! mcox90 (2161) - Wilton, New Hampshire, USA - JUL 12, 2014
Taster at the source. Pours a slightly hazed gold with a thin white cap. Aroma is Belgian yeast, clove spice, candied sugar and a mild background of hops. Quite sweet to the taste. Sweetness is kept somewhat in check by the mild clove and Belgian yeast. Full bodied. Good, but I probably wouldn’t want more than one at a time. johnnnniee (4457) - Bedford, New Hampshire, USA - JUN 17, 2014

Slightly hazy dark straw or light golden color. Aromas of sweet sugary maltiness a hint of floral hops and plenty of pepper and clove esters to balance nicely. Lightly sweet flavor with a hint of honey and light sugar. Light spice with a bit of peppery yeasty bite. Medium to thick body with a light level of carbonation. Very nice tripel, I quite enjoyed it.
