From the 650 ml. bottle. 2014 batch. The pour is golden with a lingering off-white foamy head. Busy carbonation. The aroma is toasted and hoppy but not explosive in either regard. The body is light to medium. The taste begins with a roasted malt character and then the bitter hops kick in. This is basically a textbook IPA but has nothing that sets it apart from any others. johnnnniee (4312) - Bedford, New Hampshire, USA - AUG 24, 2014
750 ml growler filled at the source yesterday.
Medium golden color with a decent sized bubbly bone white head.
Earthy mineral pine and resin dominate the aroma.
Flavor is moderately bready with a solid pine and resin with a hint of citrus.
Medium body, over carbonated, bubbly resinous mouthfeel.
Great flavorful IPA, but seriously what is going on with your CO2 levels? Prickly carbonic acid changes the mood of this beer in a non positive way. mcox90 (2088) - Wilton, New Hampshire, USA - JUL 6, 2014
Taster at the source. Pours a clear orange with a thin white cap. Sharp, sinus clearing grapefruit, pine resin aroma. Lots of grapefruit in the flavor as well. Light malt backbone. Medium bodied. Bitter finish. WillRunForBeer (2652) - Massachusetts, USA - APR 10, 2014
Taster at the source. Pours cloudy orange gold with a white head. Aroma is citrusy, tangerine, orange. Everything that I expect is there, a pale malt backbone with a touch of honey, caramel... citrusy hop, grapefruit peel in the finish. There’s just a bit of earthiness in the center of it all that keeps this from being stellar.
