Sample at the brewery. Pours a reddish amber in color with a nice white head. Decent hops with nice malt backup... good Lukaduke (3206) - Gray, Maine, USA - NOV 3, 2013
750ml from brewery. Pours a deep amber crimson color with two fingers of sticky eggshell foam. The nose is restrained with bits of toasted grain and a touch of citrus. The palate follows the nose... very toasty, round grain malt is predominate with a hint of citrus peaking through and bitters out the finish nicely. radarsock (1194) - Massachusetts, USA - OCT 31, 2013
UPDATED: NOV 1, 2013 Had on tap at the source. Smells and tastes of caramel malts, autumnal leaves, mint sprigs, shortbread, pine needles, rolled oats, leather, burnt plastic, and soy beans. Farmhouse yeast and cherrywood by swallow. Oh, man, oh, man. I could pound quite a few of their $1 tasters of this. mcox90 (2088) - Wilton, New Hampshire, USA - OCT 21, 2013

Let me make your broken heart like new
Oh, my lonely girl, lonely girl
Don’t you know this lonely boy loves you
4 oz. taster @ the source. Pours a deep amber with a one finger white head. Nose is loaded with sweet, juicy citrus. Flavor follows suite. Primarily sweet with citrus flavors balanced nicely with caramel malt. Not harsh at all. Medium bodied with a smoothness that feels good in the mouth. Easy indeed to drink. Nice nose, great taste, smooth. This lonely girl won’t be lonely for long.

Burnt red. Smells of simcoe and juicy tangerines. Very good. Sweet throughout. Lots of fruit juice and a touch of pine. Little bit of peach. Huge taste for a low abv beer. That in itself is very impressive.

750 ml growler from the brewery. Color is indeed amber with plenty of head retention, coats the glass until conclusion. Nose is lots of pine influence with toasted grain. Citrus upfront in the taste with caramel malts, grain and again another dose of pine. Ton of flavor with nice lingering resin in the finish. Pretty impressive for such a low ABV. Pours reding brown with an off white head that laces. Aroma is some caramel and mostly citrus. Taste is well balanced, caramel malts and citrus and pine hop. A lot of flavor for a 4% beer.
