Blue Monkey Infinity 4.60% pours a shinning clear gold with a floral hop aroma. Smooth bodied with a floral hoppy biscuit malt character. It has a nice flavor & is highly drinkable.

Cask at gbbf day 5. Cleat light orange golden coloured pour with a loose white head. Aroma is nice fruity citrus, tangy peach. Flavour is composed of harsh grains, peach and mango hop with grassy bitterness. Rough around the edges. Palate is semi sweet, lowish carbonation. OK APA.

Another English interpretation of APA, with loose but stable, snow white head and light hazy ’old gold’ colour. Aroma of flowers, white bread, hints of biscuit and dried peach, floral, honey, light orange sweetness piercing through. Fruity taste, clean, bit appleish, hint of pineapple, soft carbo, smooth mouthfeel, bready malt sweetness, pretty long hoppy finish with both lovely retronasal ’floweriness’ and a deeper, earthy bittering power. Well balanced.

UPDATED: JUN 20, 2015 Cask at The Holy Inadequate, Etruria. A clear golden colour with a thin white head. Aroma of grapefruit, lemongrass, grape and a little caramel. Taste of sweet grain and caramel initially, then citrusy grapefruit, mango, lemongrass, slight herbal, wood and ginger. Light bodied and an oily texture. A dry, citrusy, grainy bitterness in the finish. A decent balanced beer but need more hops.

Now I really know that I like Citra hops. That beer is hops and citrus all around. Beside that it is quaffy, highly drinkable, fresh and with a full body. Mild ending, decent carbo - top.

Bottle from niquillis - thank you! The beer has got a deep golden colour with an steady low head and medium body. Aroma of pineapples, citrus fruits and hops. Taste of fresh hops, citrus fruits, exotic fruits, gooseberries, spruce and mild herbs. Wonderful quaffable with a refreshing twist. Enjoyed it a lot.

Bottle at home. Clear pale yellow. Aroma light malty (caramel), heavy hoppy. Flavor light sweet, medium bitter. Light to medium body. Body to light with this amount of hops.

Cask (handpump) at Langtry’s, Nottingham on 14 October 2014. Straw colour. Thin white head. Very leafy and tropical on the nose. Extremely juicy on the palate. Decent firm grip too. Fruity aftertaste lingers together with a firm bitterness. Just a touch too much residual sweetness for my taste.
