Now I really know that I like Citra hops. That beer is hops and citrus all around. Beside that it is quaffy, highly drinkable, fresh and with a full body. Mild ending, decent carbo - top. KansaiBeerLvrs (5098) - Kyoto, JAPAN - AUG 21, 2015

Cask at Howl at the Moon, London. Pours clear gold with a creamy, white cap. Nose holds ripe citrus, especially orange, and also some toasted straw and light lemon. Light sweet flavor, faintly tangy with lemon and orange, some jammy marmalade, mild wet straw bitterness. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Light sweet to finish, slightly sticky with more marmalade citrus character and some light, sun-kissed grass. It’s OK. swoopjones (7020) - Buffalo, New York, USA - JUL 31, 2012

BBE 08/2013 - Pours golden orange with a large foamy head. Aroma of citrusy hops, lemon, grapefruit and grass. Taste is hoppy and mildly caramely with notes of tangy fruits, citrus, grass and grapefruit. Finish is bitter and slightly malty with some tangy notes. Okay, quite basic but tasty pale ale.
A while back I took the wife, before she was the wife, to the monkey park near Stoke. On the way I told her about the underwater monkeys, and the glass tunnel you walk through whilst said underwater monkeys swim by, all around you. I thought nothing of it until at the end of the trip she expressed dismay that we had come to the end without seeing the underwater fellas. I’m sure she would be dead chuffed to know that I’d shared that on here. If you got a load of monkeys sat at a typewriter chances are at some point they’d type something about a beer tasting like someone has had a dump in your mouth. This beer is nothing like that, very clean. I love citra.
