12oz bottle poured into a tumbler.
Clear deep golden color with minimal head.
Sweet aroma of honey, caramel and some malt, with faint nuttiness zero hops.
Sweetish taste, caramel malt, some vegetal notes of sweet potato, ripe fruit, faint alcohol and no bitterness.
Light bodied, not dry, easy to drink but more as a juice than a beer, and where’s the agave? dasdan (235) - BELGIUM - SEP 23, 2013
12 FL oz bottle from the shop at the Cable Mountain Lodge in Zion US shared with Ilse. Crystal clear golden body with a small white head. Aroma of malts and yeast. Medium-strong carbonation. Sweet taste. **

Appearance: clear honey-gold pour with a thin, vanishing white head. Aroma: light smell, a little floral honey, some cracker. Taste: light flavors of honey, pie crust, lemongrass. Finish: nonexistent. Notes: Watery palate, light flavors, weak nose. My expectations for "craft" brewer Blue Moon are low to begin with, but their base model ain’t terrible. It’s not that this is offensively bad, per se. It’s just that there’s nothing THERE.

This beer is the closest to the perfect summer beer I have ever had. It is refreshing like a cold glass of water and quenches your thirst like a glass of cool water, unlike most beers I have tasted before. There are no outstanding flavors or any subtle hints I can detect. Just cool refreshing beer. Almost no hoppy flavor to it. Sadly this beer doesn’t have much of a scent to it. basaywhat (302) - Macomb, Illinois, USA - SEP 8, 2013
Clear, light golden pour with a white head. The aroma is sugary sweet with grains and light honey. Disappointing offering from Blue Moon (MillerCoors). Not one I will buy again.

Bottle: Clear golden, thin sudsy white head, little lacing. Browned apple nose. Seriously, smells like half an apple that’s been exposed to the air for half a day, all brown and stuff. Moderately sweet start, a little honey like, mealy, a touch wheaty. Tastes a little better than it smells. Moderate body and mouthfeel. As it warms the smell comes out on the backside, old browned apples. Forget about what style this is, browned apple is not a flavor I want to smell or taste. 12 oz. bottle. Pours clear and gold with a tall, frothy, white head with moderate dissipation. Smell has a very sweet characteristic with aromas of caramel and citrus. Taste is lightly sweet with flavors of agave on the back end. Has a medium body with a thin texture. Carbonation is average and the finish is slightly sweet. A good beer for sipping by the pool on a hot day. Just don’t let the beer get too warm or else it starts to get sticky sweet. garrison (812) - Cin. city, Ohio, USA - AUG 31, 2013
UPDATED: SEP 2, 2013 From a twelve ounce bottle purchased at the Ferguson Road Krogers..- Alright, this is a wimpy wheat brew accented with agave, and it pours a lightly golden hued brew ewith a frothy white head and light agave (weeds) aroma. I’m not purchasing this one again, methinks.. yngwie (17109) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - AUG 29, 2013
Bottle, 12oz. It’s a more or less clear one, only slightly hazy, and topped by a small, dense, white head leaving some lacings. The aroma is rather weak, with a fruity touch and some faint spiced and citrusy hints. Weak flavor too, mostly on the fruity side, with a little sweetness in the back. Quite low on bitterness. Medium body, soft and velvety, in a strange way, sort of oily, but that’s not the correct term. Short fruity finish with some sweetness and a peachy hint. Well, it’s not that it’s bad, it just don’t appeal to my tastebuds. 130829 ttroha (516) - Atlanta, Georgia, USA - AUG 28, 2013
Bottle. Clear golden color with minimal white head. Strong aroma of wheat with tangy aftertaste. Hints of agave.
