A good job by a macro brewer for once. Refreshing and decent taste for the style. fishman (350) - Philadelphia, USA - JUL 18, 2001
Nice copper color, unfiltered, and slight head. Very sweet smell, much like apricots or oranges. Fruity and spicy, although the citrus flavor is almost overpowering. Delbomber (387) - Philadelphia, USA - JUL 17, 2001
This was by no means bad, just weak relative to Hoegaarden. Had a strong citric taste, with cloudy, slightly brown-yellow coloring. Little head corresponded with the flavor, which just seemed a little off. Less tangy and spicy than Hoegaarden. npdempse (935) - St. Petersburg, Florida, USA - JUN 14, 2001
Very nicely spiced, though a bit on the thin side. ......................... truckie455 (42) - Derby, Connecticut, USA - JUN 11, 2001
Heard this was a good brew, but when it came w/ a lemon, I knew this was going to be trouble. I didn't like the flavor at all, but I'll give it the benefit of the doubt for when I try it w/out the fruit.

Hey, not bad! Not too complex or anything, but nice and refreshing and quenching. michaelm18 (118) - Boston, Massachusetts, USA - MAY 15, 2001
Weird looking and weird tasting beer. Not something I would want to have more than one enough. cartel99 (19) - Ohio, USA - MAY 4, 2001
Pungent aroma, very spicy flavor. I can say that the appearance is very nice - an opaque orange/yellow. I wouldn't want a steady diet of them though.
