Very citrusy and very smooth. Aroma has a distinct fruity, tangerine almost smell to it. Taste is unlike many beers i’ve tasted probably due to the distinct citrus flavor. The aftertaste, however, is one of the best i’ve ever experienced as it is very subtle yet hangs around for a while. I drank this out of the bottle poured into a pint glass.

Aroma: Hay and cereals. Appearance: Gold color with hazy sparkling liquid and white frothy head. Taste: Medium bitterness with light sour notes. Palate: Medium body with oily texture and soft carbonation. Long bitter finish. Overall: Not refreshing. No citrust touches or refreshing. Very strong features for a witbier.

6/24/17 (Chicago). 22 oz draft pour into Blue Moon Weizen tall glass served with a slice of orange. $5.50 @ NW Vaughn’s. Cloudy tan golden pour, minimal white lacing. Strong sweet lemon and orange aroma, similar taste with mild malt taste. Light mouth feel and texture, minimal carbonation. Overall good offering.

Hazy golden with a small head. Aroma is malty and grainy with a hint of citrus and spices. Taste is sweetish and malty too with some fruits and faint touch of sourness at finish. Soft carbonation. Not among the best witbier I’ve tasted. (330ml bottle, BB 28.12.17)

12 oz twist off bottle shared by ebone1988. I think this was his brother’s, so I’m not sure who I should be unhappy with. This book will kill me. The pour is a darker golden yellow with a light egg shell colored head and no lace as it falls down. The aroma is definitely wheat heavy. There is a light citrus, and a strange spiciness to it. This is just bland as shit. The flavor is not as good. There is a lot of coriander which I don’t like at all. There is a hint of citrus and a wheaty bit on the back end. The grains are really combating the spices that are used here. The mouth feel is light and watery with a soft carbonation that just doesn’t work and a lingering wheat and spice finish. This isn’t good at all. Ugh. 4 3 4 3 10

Bottle from my brother. Bottle shared with koleminer20, for the book. Aroma is wheat, fruity, light citrus, floral, boring as hell. Appearance is dark golden, light tan head, hazy. Taste is very floral, fruity, coriander, light citrus, wheat, not terrible but not great. Mouthfeel is light to medium body, light carbonation, floral citrus wheat and spice aftertaste. Overall, not terrible, but certainly not good.

(Draught at Bishop’s Arms Folkungagatan, Stockholm, 2 June 2017) Hazy golden amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Malty, fruity nose with notes of bread, orange and spices. Malty, fruity taste with bread, orange, coriander and citrus peel. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Low bitterness. Fairly tasty and balanced, better than expected. Quite enjoyable.
