Bottle shared by blipp at Max’s tasting. Pours light clear amber with no head. Aroma and taste is sweet caramel and sweet berries and alot of graininess. There’s no tartness here evern thought it’s ever so prominently displayed in the name. Not good. ravenlynne (2) - jacksonville, Alabama, USA - JUN 8, 2013 does not count
Not what I was expecting. I got the tartness but none of the blackberry. Not my taste. Will drink in order to finish the beer but not buy again. blipp (9374) - La Mesa, California, USA - JUN 1, 2013
Bottle. Pours amber with an off white head. Weird fruity sweetness, some off sweet malty notes and grains. I consider myself pretty fair to these macro-pseudo-craft beers, but this one is pretty bad. IrishBoy (4211) - Bakersfield, California, USA - MAY 31, 2013
12 oz bottle a gift from my daughter who bought a Sampler Pack. Nose is blackberries, light sweetness, and a slight tart twinge. Clear purple orange with a medium off white head. Flavor is lightly sweet and peppery berries without much tartness. DrSilverworm (9671) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - MAY 29, 2013
Sample from a bottle, shared by Kevin during a game of Kings. Best by Sep/16/13. Clear amber red color. Good thin off-white head. Just a couple loose bits of lace. Medium body. Kind of smooth, lightly soft carbonation. Lightly dry finish. Barely tart at all. Mostly just sweet. Blackberry aroma, kind of artificial tasting, more blackberry flavoring than other beer flavors. Not horrible, nothing good about it though, really. Was excited because of "tart". But it’s not tart. Just your typical BMC fruit beer.

Decent summer beer. Poured from the bottle. Its appearance is red and light brown. Has a very mild aroma, slight fruit bouquet. Clean white head. Good tasting fruit beer, with a hint of blackberry. boozedude (2228) - Des Moines, Iowa, USA - MAY 26, 2013
bottle left at my house from my dad..(had to try it)... pours dark red, white head... pretty gross...suprised blue moon stuk their name on it.. (but then again im not a big fruit beer fanatic) otakuden (1783) - Vero Beach, Florida, USA - MAY 26, 2013
Garnets and ambers under a thin white head which fades into a thin collar. Swirls with nothing special – no lace, no more head.

Very mild; I have to sniff deep to find not much of anything. A smidge of blueberry pulp and blueberry pie…maybe.
Blueberry crush hits first and disappears almost as fast as it hits the tastebuds. Tartness isn’t anywhere to be found really. Watery mouthfeel along with watered down blueberry muffins in the back.
I have a massive sour tooth so of the three special Blue Moon Seasonal tasters, this one excited me the most. Unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment from start to finish. The nose was virtually nonexistent and so was the palate. Definitely not a winner.

12 ounce bottle poured a light amber color with aromas of light blackberries, some wheat and a toch of malt. Flavors are the same, not much tartness or much fruit, meh..... rxeight (3111) - Illinois, USA - MAY 26, 2013
Decent stuff. Has a very slight tart taste, nothing like a real sour. Fruity and refreshing
