Bottled. Dark red-brown with a large, fizzy white head that is mostly diminishing. Fake fruity raspberry candy aroma with caramel and cola. Stale malt flavor with hazelnuts and essentially no blackberry or tartness. Dry finish with notes of wet straw and hay. What a mess.

UPDATED: APR 11, 2016 Pours a slightly hazy golden brown from the bottle with bubbly white head that leaves light lace. Aroma of sweet berry fruitiness and wheat. Taste follows, not very tart at all, just a fruity wheat beer really. Meh.

Pours a slightly hazy copper from a bottle, moderate off-white head. Aroma of dark berries, flavor similar. Chocolate malt is a little out of left field, kind of okay, kind of out of place. Good beer.

Poured from a 12 ounce bottle. Pours amber with tan head. The aroma is malty with a hint of fruitiness, light berry notes. The flavor is very similar to the aroma. There is a woody, seed like flavor. No tartness.

Pretty much as described. Blue Moon style wheat beer with fake tasting blackberry flavor. You know what it tastes like already.

Hey, you know what a good idea would be? Pour a bunch of sickeningly sweet fruit on top of sickeningly sweet wheat on top of sickeningly sweet malt. Well call it tart because its got just a pinch of tartness, like 1% tart, 99% sickeningly sweet. If theres one in the back of your fridge, its drinkable. Its not good beer, though. Mostly, yuck.

Bottle. Pours an unimpressive brown with a thin, tan head. Nose is a distant skunk in a low-yield blackberry patch. On the tongue -- its an average amber ale that someone might have once hit with a blackberry. No, seriously, wheres the blackberry? They said there was a blackberry in here! Lying Miller/Coors bastards.

Bottle. Poured clear very dark amber with a thin creamy tan head. Aroma of rich earthy malt. Medium body, creamy carbonation with a syrupy mouthfeel. Flavour is sweet and malty, dark fruit and roasted notes coming though with a slight tart finish.

12 oz bottle. Best by 10/19/15. Pours clear brown, egg cream colored head. Aroma is sweet blackberry and blueberry, very malty and sweet. Brown ale malt character. Flavor is not really tart. Not sure why its called a tart ale. Its just sweet really. Sweet black and blueberry, some mild cinnamon and nutmeg notes. Its not offensive but its not particularly good.
