Originally rated on 9/25/08. An o.k pumpkin beer, harvest moon pours a amber body with mid carbonation, and a thin head. Aroma of allspice, nutmeg and clove, flavor mirrors the aroma with the allspice dominating the flavor. The flavor was o.k. but it seemed like it was artificially flavored, a little over the top. However i liked it better than their other beers.

Big pumpkin pie notes on the nose. Some light ginger and cinnamon. Taste is fairly light bodied, not overly sweet. Finish has more pumpkin pie spice. Meh. Not bad I guess.

Skip this beer. Its nothing special (like all of Blue Moons lineup) and youre not going to remember what the hell it tastes like anyway.

12 oz. bottle at Aunt Lindas; #auntlindafreebie. Aroma: Pumpkin pie spice, such as nutmeg and allspice but lighter on the cinnamon and clove; gourd is minimal. Appearance: Copper body with soft carbonation holding up a bone coloured head that fades into a patchy ring. Flavor: Matches the nose without surprises, and has a dry, abrupt finish. Palate: Medium body, creamy texture, soft carbonation, abrupt finish. Overall: A run of the mill pumpkin beer that puts spice over gourd. Still, an acceptable beer to drink if offered.

Generally malty with some caramel flavors. A big push of spice comes on and dominates things quickly. Not really a standout.

Surprisingly not good. Has a sort of Windex characteristic to it. Strange. ---Rated via BeerBuddy for iPhone. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Buttle from Stearns Liquor Mart, Long Beach. Clear golden/orange beer with a small offwhite head. Malty pumpkin aroma, caramel, toffee, fruity, some spices. Malty pumpkin flavor, grapes, biscuits, hay, spices, some floral notes. Kinda boring.

Bottle from Albertsons. Kind of a dull pour, tiny head. Aroma is out of the bottle pumpkin pie spice, nothing imaginative or exciting. Actually kind of bland, with some generic pumpkin pie flavor. As expected....
