Bright amber colour. Light tan head. Mildly spicy, somewhat boring caramel/toast malt nose. Fairly watery, mainly a caramel taste. Light spice (nutmeg) note. Pretty quick finish. Maybe a bit thin on the body.

A: The pour is copper in color with about two fingers of off-white head. S: First thing I seem to notice is a lack of pumpkin aroma here. Not only that, but it seems to be lacking in terms of the usual pumpkin pie spices as well. Some mild sweetness of caramel and toffee, and some toasted malt and grain. T: The flavor is moderately sweet with just a hint of bitterness. I don’t get much pumpkin or pie spice on the flavor either, maybe just a touch of nutmeg. Slight caramel and toffee with a decent breadiness. M: Medium in body with a moderate carbonation. O: Definitely one of the weaker pumpkin ales, but I guess I wasn’t terribly surprised.

Very light aroma. Maybe there’s pumpkin. Nice amber color, little head. Flavor starts with light pumpkin pie, finishes with a bit of herby bitter. A bit smooth and perhaps a bit sweet in the middle. Definitely drinkable.
